We are proud of our Pre-Kindergarten program which serves as a gateway to the Cathedral Community.

Grounded in Catholic Traditions, Pre-Kindergarten establishes a strong foundation for the children to become life-long learners with focused introductions to core subjects as well as specialty programs. Engaging and interactive lessons introduce beginning literacy and math skills, as well as Religion, Science, Art, Music, and Spanish. Students grow their learning stamina through both group and individual projects, exercises and experiences.

Weaving prayer and play with learning and sharing, our Pre-Kindergarten students (and their parents!) create friendships to carry them through their years at Cathedral.

Our Pre-Kindergarten is a 5 full-day a week program and students applying for Pre-Kindergarten must be four years old on or before September 1st and must be fully toilet trained.

The Elementary School grades at Cathedral School pick up where Pre-Kindergarten left off, building on the Catholic traditions and foundations for learning and life.

Kindergarten through 2nd grade teaches to the whole child, focusing on literacy enhancement, number fluency, and respect for all. With a focus on life skills, students are introduced to the Mission of Cathedral School: to provide an excellent academic education grounded in Catholic religious principles and values thereby creating a lifelong love for learning, and respect for each person as all creations are gifts from God.

The 3rd through 5th grade curriculums feature a strong academic program designed to prepare students for middle school studies. A strong focus on technology and further enhancement of the core curriculum equip our students for the next step in their academic careers.

Middle School serves students in 6th through 8th grade. From our dedicated faculty, to our innovative academics, spiritual and leadership initiatives, our comprehensive middle school program is designed to inspire, nurture and prepare students for high school and beyond.

The Middle School grades of Cathedral School are the leaders of our student community and take an active role in modeling faith, kindness, and respect to the younger grades.

With the vast majority of our 8th graders admitted to the high school of their choosing, the foundation established in Pre-Kindergarten enables our students to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
