Each year the 4th and 5th grade students of Cathedral School study the lives of the saints. Each student selects one saint to research, then prepares a report on that saint’s life. On November 1st, All Saints Day, they come to school dressed as their chosen saint. The 4th grade leads us in celebrating the lives of the saints at Mass; after, we present a Saints Museum in the gym.
At the Saints Museum, the “saints” tell the visitors about their life. The 4th and 5th graders come well prepared, with their report information and artifacts related to their chosen saint’s life. The students spend weeks on their research and writing, and the effort shows. Well done, 4th and 5th grade!
